What is it?

This is your chance to finally have success with your fitness and health in the gym! This is your opportunity join our friendly training community and learn once and for all how to train effectively and eat right to achieve your goals. This will be the best decision you make this year for your health. 

Who is this for?

We like to work with women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. We don’t have a one size fits all approach, so we can cater for women of different skill levels and goals during our small class sizes. This means that if you are LOOKING TO LOSE FAT your workout and nutrition targets will reflect that goal & if you are looking to PUT ON LEAN MUSCLE your nutrition requirements will also be catered for.

What we will do for you:

  • Teach you how to train safely and effectively
  • Educate you on the fundamentals of nutrition
  • Respect you as an individual and tailor workouts to your abilities.
  • Keep classes to a maximum of 4 women so that you get the time needed with your coach.
  • Give you the best coaching available in Dublin.

What we promise not to do:

  • Stick you into an overcrowded class with a one size fits all programme.
  • Neglect to teach you the basics of exercising safely and value of mobility training.
  • Play loud music 24/7 and give you headaches.
  • Create an environment you don’t want to be in.
  • Run you into the ground in an effort to impress you
