With Small Group Personal Training you will work off the same structured, proven programmes as one to one sessions but in a fun & energetic group dynamic. We have found this to make a real difference when it comes to your long term consistency – which ultimately means more results & fun for you!

We keep our small group personal training session to no more than 4 ladies to one coach. This is to ensure you still get the attention you need to succeed with your training, while also keeping the costs down.

Our training sessions are delivered over 60 minute slots throughout the week- focusing on full body strength workouts with a mixture of HIIT and aerobic style training to ensure no areas of your health, fitness & physique are ignored.

Our coaches are highly experienced in coaching members with different abilities and skill levels, they are trained to know how to adapt training sessions and programmes to everyones abilities.

Whether you are a professional athlete or a complete beginner, you are in safe hands


Monday – Wednesday – Friday

4 weeks – €295

€195 for first month.


  • 3 Small Group PT sessions per week
  • Additional Cardio Sessions available midweek
